Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). I’ve got a fairly long and steep concrete driveway that is starting to show its age a little bit. There has been some minor cracking from the freeze-thaw cycle each winter. I decided to try the Armour SX5000 water-based sealant to see if it would improve the situation. I have delayed writing this review for a bit as I wanted to driveway to go through at least one winter season. I first pressure washed the entire driveway surface which is pretty time consuming. I then applied the Armour sealant with a manual pump sprayer. This part went fairly quickly. The trick is to get the sealant covering the driveway well, but not so much as to create puddles that aren’t absorbed. I made sure there was no rain in the forecast for a couple of days. Initially, I did half of the driveway first and the first day that it rained the difference on the two sides was very noticeable. Water on the coated side was beading and running off and on the other side it was being absorbed into the concrete. It’s incredibly soft and plush, but unlike other soft mattresses I’ve tried, you don’t sink in so much that it’s hard to move or roll over. It feels like you’re sleeping on a cloud, but with just the right amount of support underneath, so I wake up feeling rested and without aches. I've been sleeping on it for about a month now and have no issues waking up with a sore back, shoulders, or neck! A couple of things to keep in mind: this mattress is very tall, about 16", so you’ll need deep pocket sheets and a deep mattress protector, and it’s also very heavy, which makes changing the sheets a bit of a workout. Even with those quirks, the comfort is outstanding. If you want a mattress that’s truly soft and plush but still supportive and durable, I can’t recommend this one enough.. Maribenz_9855. I had no problem getting used to the bed, yes it was a little harder than the one in the store and I phoned to make sure I got the soft because it was no where on the mattress that it was a soft, she checked and assured me I did and it would soften up.
