I have not had the same experience with other sellers - some of them department stores. I've had damaged, broken and defective dishes from other sellers in the past. The Italian 7 oz. Teacup & Saucer serves an elegant cup of tea

These are GREAT ! You can sit with a friend and drink tea for a while and have good conversation before you have to fill them back up. They hold more than your usual tea cup. Even though they are bigger than usual they are beautiful and the size doesn’t take away from the balance. An elegantly designed serving tray to be used on the Sabbath to serve the braided challah breached. The wooden insert is a fitted cutting board that sits inside the frame of the tray.

I recently purchased the Spode Challah board with a removable wood cutting board. and it has elevated our Shabbat table. The removable wood cutting board is a total game-changer. It fits perfectly into the tray, allowing me to slice the challah without worrying about scratching the beautiful porcelain dish underneath. The platter is dishwasher safe, but I hand wash it anyway along with the wood insert which holds up to the serrated knife I use. This would make a great wedding or housewarming gift too!
