Rug looks beautiful and is super soft. We also got a rug pad for underneath (1/4”) that makes the rug even softer to walk on. Fast shipping and packaged well. We got the 9x12 foot size and the rug was folded in half and then rolled, but it’s been laid out flat for 24 hours and flattening out quickly. Definitely happy with this purchase. This is the perfect 9x12 rug for our family room! I bought a different cheaper rug initially, and there is a sizeable difference in the quality. I was worried the gold wouldn't go well or be too much, yet the gold is subtle and picked up the tone of the coffee table and went well with the orange accents. Purchased in two sizes for two rooms. FYI: previous rug was a shag in the living room was 5 x 7, ended up putting the 5 x7 in the den replacing a 6 x 4, and ordered the 6.7 x 9.6 for the living room because the 5 x 7 looked too small replacing the shag... i believe the shag gave off a larger look.
