Clear acrylic dowels help hold things in on each shelf, while the inset back panel hides the wall behind the rack! Easy to mount on the wall with screws and anchors provided. Available in ten different heights, 2 widths, 3 depths, and unfinished, pre-primed for painting, or white enamel finish. Seven openings measuring 6"H x 12.5"W. The usable depth on each shelf is 3". Overall rack measures 48" H x 14" W x 3.5" D. Solid pine construction, screwed together to last a lifetime. Primed and ready to be painted as desired.

You can see I didn’t use this for a spice rack, but it’s absolutely perfect for my collection of annual Lennox snowman. I love the little clear bar that goes across the shelf so I don’t have to worry about them falling off and you can still see the full length of the snowmen!. The other thing I loved about the shelf is that you can get it in various depths to fit your needs. It was actually pretty easy to go up. Love it now! I received the spice rack about almost four weeks ago. I could not immediately install because I had just relocated to another state.And was still trying to unpack. I absolutely LOVE this spice rack with two exceptions: (1) the top shelf is shorter than the other shelves. So although my specially-ordered spice jars fit nicely onto the other shelves, it's not possible to tilt them to insert them onto the top shelf--even though I carefully measured the height of the jars and the stated measurements of these shelves. (2) there are provided clear acrylic (plastic) straw-like bars that hold the jars onto each shelf. You are required to bend each one to insert it into pre-drilled holes on the sides of each shelf. Over time, those will become less flexible and be prone to breakage. To get my jars in and out of the slightly shorter top shelf, I had to remove that acrylic bar each time, and it did break. What a bummer. The seller should provide a couple of extras of those. Also, when I open and close the pantry, the jars shift around on the shelf. Overall, this would work better if it was mounted onto a stationary wall rather than a door. With a stationary wall, could omit the acrylic rods entirely, the jars would not shift around, and without the acrylic bars, it would not be necessary to tilt the jars to insert them into the shelf and so my jars would fit more easily onto the shorter top shelf. Well-built, created so much space for me and, more importantly, EASE of seeing a large number of my spices at once. Almost wish Id gotten one size bigger because the provided spice list gave me so many ideas, but space wouldnt have worked. Plan to mount it on the wall, but a little sad to lose the view from the back because its pretty too! Had fun making labels. Understand that is not everyones cup of tea. Some of the lid labels printed off center and I just used a black permanent marker to make the edges not white. Didnt use but appreciate the provided funnel. I just used careful angles and gravity and, occasionally, a clean piece of paper to get my spices into the jars.
