Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). We are SO happy with this tub! The seating arrangement is perfect, with no “lounger” to limit options. I needed some gym flooring for my home gym that is getting slowly put together. These went on sale and are the perfect fit. They ship wrapped and sealed well, have a slightly rubber smell that isnt going to overwhelm you while they air out, and feel great under your feet. The edges piece together nicely however you may have to lift the edge near the corner to lay 2 together so it does press the other down. Again this is not a big deal. Finally putting the floor together is simple, Line up the edges and step, slap, stomp, or use a rubber mallot to get the edges to fit together. A product and wayfair shipped super fast. This hot tub is great! I have had it for a few month now and have not had a single issue. It was easy to get set up and ready to go. The jets are strong if you want them to be but adjustable if you don’t. Size is great. I love the cup holders and ice bucket. Cover is thick and does a great job. I was a little nervous about ordering online. I did a lot of shopping and researching before I ordered this one but now wish I had ordered it sooner. We spend a lot of time in it. The next day I installed them. The larger piece came apart so the glue did not work so I nailed them to the wall. Be prepared for assembly. You'll need the following: spray dish soap for lubrication, a rubber mallet and a phillips-head screwdriver. Fortunately, it's only four screws, the rest is like putting together a Lego set. It just takes some serious pounding with the rubber mallet to get the pieces to go together, and I mean serious pounding. Just fair warning. The dish soap helps to get things going.
