Instructions not particularly good. Blurry black and white and inconsistent use of terms between the legend and actual instructions sheet. The picture on the product page shows the hamper compartment that leans out as flush, but following the instructions, as best as I could interpret them, just left the compartment laying on bottom of the frame. I think that maybe there were two holes missing on that hamper compartment piece where the holder pins are supposed to be pressed into to line up with the counterpart holes on the frame. At least it seemed to be that's how this would need to be designed in order to match the photos from the product page. I did end up drilling those two holes to achieve the functionality depicted. Shipped quick and arrive undamaged and exactly as pictured. My son put some weight on it straight out of the gate causing one of the legs to bend but we just bent it back no harm no foul. Packed very well. Beautiful although I would have preferred one with less color variation. Curiously no instructions or no allen wrench included. I had an allen wrench set so I found the right size.
