I ordered this 47x16 Mid Century Modern Sideboard Buffet Cabinet for the alcove in my dining area of my downtown high-rise condo for added storage and appearance. I was pleasantly surprised with the high quality look and feel once it was assembled. It is a solid and heavy piece that should be durable for bar dining storage. I did choose to replace the included wood knobs with antiqued brass drawer knobs and have coordinating brass door pulls on order to replace the wood pulls. This hardware replacement really upgraded the look to an even more high end feel to coordinate with the other mid century modern wood pieces in the same area and only cost an extra 12. IMHO, This piece looks a bit smallershorter in person than in the pictures so definitely be aware of the dimensions of the cabinet before ordering and how tallbig of a space you are using it in. I ended up adding 2 in height with swivel levelerextender feet and will add wall decor above it to help make a bigger impact. The cabinet arrived well packed in a very heavy large box that really needs 2 people or a trolley to move. There was a corner of one of the doors that had a small bit of surface damage to the veneer that I was able to fix with a furniture and floor stain marker that I had on hand. There are many pieces that are all labeled and well organized. It took me several hours by myself to assemble. I highly recommend an electric screwdriver for the job especially when installing the back panels. The included directions are pretty clear as long as you pay very close attention to the pictures and direction of all the panels and groves and notches. For the price, the quality and appearance of this cabinet is outstanding and I highly recommend it as a great storage and nice looking accent piece especially for apartmentcondosmall space living. Got the 94.5" version. It's a beautiful console cabinet! Exactly as pictured, and provides great storage. Very modern and simple, though the warm wood gives it some mid-century modern vibes. Though it says 2 people needed for assembly, I was able to assemble it myself without much difficulty in around 3.5 hours (as a 5 foot 4 female). Having a drill is not absolutely necessary, but highly recommended for the assembly. The doors are easy to align once you get a hang of the adjustment screws on the hinges and what each of them does. The package is very heavy and very long however - took 3 people to get it into my apartment, with much difficulty, so do not recommend if you have lots of stairs or live in an apartment without elevators. The back cushions can be moved they are not attached. The sofa arrived in two boxes, and was easy to put together with basic tools (Allen wrench and screwdriver). I did notice some slight dimplingwrinkling on the seat cushions right out of the box, but it’s likely from packagingshipping compression. Should relax over time. It also has a built-in USB port. First of all this sofa is real leather,contrary to what some people have said. It may not be the highest quality leather, but it is nice leather. Love the mid-century modern look and it’s comfortable and soft to the touch. Assembly was fairly easy. I would suggest using a drill if you have one, but the little tool it comes with works fine. I purchased this mid-century TV stand from Wayfair and came away genuinely impressed, especially given the price point. The construction is primarily particle board with a faux wood grain finish, but I have to say—the surface looks and even feels surprisingly close to real wood. Visually, it punches well above its weight. Assembly is fairly straightforward, but it’s not something you can do on autopilot. The instructions rely heavily on small diagrams that indicate panel orientation, and the details are quite fine. Take your time, study each step carefully, and you’ll avoid headaches. As an industrial designer, I pay close attention to both form and function, and I can confidently say this piece delivers strong value for the money. That said, this is not heirloom-quality furniture—not even in the same universe. But it’s not trying to be. It’s a well-designed, good-looking piece that, if treated with care, should hold up nicely and look great for years. If you remember one thing from this review, don’t over-tighten any fasteners or you will very likely compromise the integrity of that connection. May the force be just right for every connector bolt—because this is less “Imperial starship engineering” and more “scrappy Rebel budget build,” and it performs best when you respect its limits.. Beautiful cabinet that can also work as a dresser! The color is a bit darker than I imagined, but I love the grain of the wood. As you can tell from my photos, different lighting does impact the color. The item is very sturdy and feels high-quality.
