The instructions have you build this from the top down which seemed weird. But the instructions were clear for the most part, and they even tell you how many extra hardware pieces you should have when finished. I love the art. The size is impressive and it looks different depending on which direction you look at it. I could stare at it for hours, it is so relaxing. The packaging is not adequate though. Thin carboard with nothing around the art to protect it from damage. My box was ripped open at the top and had holes it in that tore the backing and a few pieces of gravel were knocked off. If it was shrink-wrapped first, it might not have been damaged. That or better box that allowed more styrofoam. But Wayfair took care of it and I am pleased.
