I bought two because I read the double monitor ones don’t always allow you to get both monitors side by side without a gap. I mounted them on 16” center studs, skipping between them and I have 17” curved Samsung monitors. I think this is an awesome product that is reasonably price. Shipping was quick as well. My only minor gripe is that it doesn’t come with a pole for pole mounting, nor did I see where I could buy one and how much. I planned on wall mounting anyway so nbd, but if you’re going to advertise it as both ways…at the very least there should be a link on the page of this product pointing you to where you can order the poles.. We had this system installed in our remodeled bathroom in September 2023. For the most part, it has worked beautifully and we've been ecstatic with it. However, it is not without issues. It has to be re-paired with Amazon Alexa every 3 months, unlike every other Alexa skill out there. Why? Who knows. Because Kohler says so, I guess. Lately it has been needing to be re-paired every 2 weeks (today was the 3rd time). Also today it said there's a firmware update, but when I go to update I get a message that the shower is offline and I need to check the wifi connection. How? There's no wifi settings on the shower setup or in the app, or in my Kohler account anywhere. There is an Advanced/Locked section of settings that requires a PIN on the in-shower control and I have no idea what the PIN is or how to find it; we didn't set it and we can't get into these settings. The shower and all its components is gorgeous and feels wonderful, but these tech issues are enough to drive you crazy, especially 18 months after install.. Cajunmeggle. Tennessee. Wed Feb 26 2025
