I am very pleased, it feels sturdy. Caution, the box with the frame is much heavier than expected, but you can tell quality went into the making. Didn't have to program the motors or calibrate them. The cup holder is a nice touch for sure! I do wish it came with a PC tower holder, but there was room on top for the desktop. I am a developer, not a gamer, but it's perfect for my setup! The price is higher than many of the others but I chose this one, because the top is a solid piece and not split like a majority of the others. very easy to assemble. no tools needed cept for the allen wrench provided. the only draw back for me was it reclines way too much when you sit in it. there is a tension wheel ( so to speak) under the seat where you adjust how much it reclines. i tightened it as much as i could & i still think it reclines too much. but now i'm just careful not to rock too far back cause the 1st time i did , (before i tightened the wheel) i almost fell backwards. just be careful when you 1st sit in it! other than that, so far its a great chair. the speakers are good..
