I am not going to lie. I was leery, but my expectations were exceeded just on the packaging alone! Took me about an hour to put together, instructions were easy-ish to follow. The operation is smooth, very quiet when moving up/down. The wiring threw me off a bit, as the light controller is in the box with the desk and everything else is in the box with the frame. I am very pleased, it feels sturdy. Caution, the box with the frame is much heavier than expected, but you can tell quality went into the making. Didn't have to program the motors or calibrate them. The cup holder is a nice touch for sure! I do wish it came with a PC tower holder, but there was room on top for the desktop. I am a developer, not a gamer, but it's perfect for my setup! The price is higher than many of the others but I chose this one, because the top is a solid piece and not split like a majority of the others. Looks great once put together! Lots of pieces and heavy for one person to bring in. Assembly was spilt into two days for one person to build. It took around 6-7 hours total to put together. If you have a 75” TV you will likely need two people to get the tv onto the integrated mount to make sure it is secure. The physical manual that came with the box showed a slightly different illustration of the back of the mount on the last two pages versus the manual assembly online, which made mounting the TV a bit confusing..
