I’m giving this four stars. That’s due to the poor documentation that comes to the lamp. It was only after I went back and looked at the reviews that I realized you have to leave the lamp plugged in for an hour or so. Also having extra batteries on hand is helpful. I found it easiest to lay it down on its side to braid the arms. Arms need to be adjusted to balance weight. Color of LED bulbs (included) are adjusted by cycling through each color by pressing onoff button in cord. (Warm, off, mid-tone, off, cool, off). Cord is black.
