I had the R10000-UNBXHF valve body (in conjuction with the T17038-SS Lahara 17 series valve trim) installed 16 months ago and the shower head is now dripping when the valve is turned fully in the off position. Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. Shower drain base flange with threaded adaptor and rubber coupler suitable for shower drain installation. Simply push the shower drain down to the threaded adapter or rubber gasket (either of them, not both). The threaded adapter adjusts the height (1'' max) of the floor drain to accommodate the floor level. Please use proper cement mix if connecting PVC pipe. Not recommended for use with a "hot-mop" membrane.
