This light arrived well packaged and in a generic ceiling light package. Sofucor does do a lot of ceiling fans per their website and the interior packaging confirmed it was a Sofucor product. There is a little blue tooth speaker in the middle of the fan, and the LED lighting will not only show up on the outer plastic crystallized rim, it will shine through the “star” holes in the main basin. At first I thought they were little glitter pieces but you can fully see through them when I held it up to a light. This is going in my teenage sons room during our new build, so I will update photos after full installation. All in all it looks to be a stellar, very cool product so we are looking forward to it.. After having the fan installed buy an electrician and downloading the app I am prompted to pay $4.99 weekly or $29.99 yearly to control the phone using the app. None of this is disclosed in the product description. There is a button in the app to "continue to limited version" which is supposedly free but there is no free version. It simply sends you in an endless loop where you are prompted to pay them to use the app. The manufacturer and product listing are dishonest and you're asking for trouble purchasing this fan. If you lose the remote or the remote brakes, you lose all ability to control the light or the fan. That was the entire purpose of purchasing a smart enabled fan so that if something happened to the remote it doesn't brick the device. This is outright fraud. Do not trust this listing.. Christian. Good fan that looks amazing -- contemporary styling, nice blades, and very low-profile. Easy to install and the remote works with no problems. Moves plenty of air and cranks up high.
