I orderd my dryer from the LG web site. I was anxious because I wasnt sure how smooth it would go. As it turned out- evrything went well, even when I needed to change the delivery and installation date. Also, I researched and learned that I got a better price ordering directly from LG. I had a complicated install with it being a stacked unit and installed in a smaller, yet adaquate laundry closet. The installers were excellent and gained my full confidence. I love the door-in-door feature. I wish I could have found it in a larger capacity refrigerator, or in a side-by-side style. For me, an annoying drawback of this fridge is the left side door slamming shut because it is heavy from the ice maker being embedded in it. Also, the water and ice dispenser works in an odd way to change functions, and it sweats a lot. I can feel the cold air coming out, and it causes condensation. The fridge is very sleek and well laid out to maximize the small space. Definitely has a few cons - the drawers feel flimsy. The middle freezer drawer tends to get stuck and we have to lift the other drawers to get it to go back in.
