We just got this and initially it seems that our cat isn’t sure what to make of it. The construction is sound and it’s easy to charge and comes with a use charger. It is easy to clean and quiet. The shelf gets 5 stars from “Mona Lisa”, a 9lb. 1yr old kitty. On the other hand “Miss Piggy”, a 13 lb 4yr old cat, says this is a nicely built 5 star quality kitty shelf, great for climbing and dodging the other cats, but it only gets 3 stars for comfort. It’s a great quality shelf, but “Mona Lisa” is the only cat who will use this shelf to relax in, since she’s so small. The other 5 cats do not use this shelf to relax in, it’s mostly used for getting up off the floor to safety and a means to get up to the longer andor flatter shelves which are the preferred destination shelves.. Love this vacuum although not happy with the cord holder used when vacuuming. Doesn't hold the cord at all which means I've gotta hold the card in my hand.
