Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). We are SO happy with this tub! The seating arrangement is perfect, with no “lounger” to limit options. The jets are amazing, the cover fits nice and snug, and everything works exactly as we had hoped. The tub arrived in perfect condition, the shippers were pleasant, and it arrived right on schedule. Overall, it’s been an absolutely perfect experience, and my only regret is being unable to give it six stars. Update Almost 2 12 years in, we still love this tub! The locksmith came to install the lock and we discovered that two of the four batteries that came with the unit were dead. I called Wayfair's great customer service folks, who are sending out four fresh batteries. Normally this would not be an issue but I have never seen these batteries before. They are CR 123A 3V lithium batteries. In researching these, the internet says the batteries should have a 10-year shelf life, I don't know why they would be dead. The lock seems sturdy and very well made. I have three other keypad locks that take AA batteries and I am constantly replacing them. When I get power on the lock I will update my review.. Brenda. I’ve been through at least 5 different door locks and not one of them has held up like this one has. Installation was easy and quick, mostly because I’ve done this a few times already. The reason for 4 stars is because sometimes my fingerprint doesn’t work. I then have to type in the passcode when I was to lock and unlock the door. I also wish it came with 2 keys instead of one but that’s not a deal breaker. I don’t really use the app, but it’s there if I need it.
