Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). The locksmith came to install the lock and we discovered that two of the four batteries that came with the unit were dead. I called Wayfair's great customer service folks, who are sending out four fresh batteries. Normally this would not be an issue but I have never seen these batteries before. They are CR 123A 3V lithium batteries. In researching these, the internet says the batteries should have a 10-year shelf life, I don't know why they would be dead. The lock seems sturdy and very well made. I have three other keypad locks that take AA batteries and I am constantly replacing them. When I get power on the lock I will update my review.. Brenda. Why didn’t I do this sooner Love this bidet seat. That being said, I was able to install an electric outlet myself, but for our newer built home the plumbing was an issue. It is a high functioning toilet providing multiple comforting options like a heated seat, self cleaning bidet, night light, massage, etc. Enjoy tranquility on the toilet by listening to soothing music. Installation time does range from 1 to 4 hours depending on having an electrical outlet near for connectivity. The toilet also offers a manual flush feature should you loose electrical power. Well after I got my second one I got it to work after guidance from delta. The problem being, Alexa needed to forget the first module. They said she was confused because Ii had two in her system. After we deleted the 1st one, she worked. I stayed in the 5 ghz. In my router. She doesn’t understand cups for filling the coffee pot and her ounces are way off.
