I orderd my dryer from the LG web site. I was anxious because I wasnt sure how smooth it would go. As it turned out- evrything went well, even when I needed to change the delivery and installation date. Also, I researched and learned that I got a better price ordering directly from LG. Good design and product quality, easy to install since it replaces a Clean Touch model so plumbing already connected and a no fault ground plug already wired in. Twenty five minutes to install. I did add a shower style water filter since I have hard water and with no filter it would clog up and destroy the bidet water heating element. I absolutely LOVE this toilet. I pretty much dont have to touch it. I have an suppressed immune system so hygiene is a top priority. Not having to my bottom anymore and having it cleaned for me is a game changer. The night light is great so I dont have to blind myself with the vanity light. This is a review for the BB-1200L (I forgot to write a review) and the BB-Slim 3 models. I usually don't do reviews, but I was so impressed with the 1200L, inside of one month, I bought the second one. I no longer feel "clean" when I go to the restroom and have to rely on paper alone.
