This fountain is the first thing I put in a new home. I always get a fountain but usually not one so big, and then I usually wish it were bigger. So I went in on this one because I loved the color and the overall shape. I recommend it. I don’t like putting things together but this was easy enough (having put fountains together before). I knew it would splash so I also got an outdoor rug (Wayfair as well) for it, and I will say when I fill it up as much as I like to it does splash beyond the rug by a couple of inches or so. Not a huge deal for the room it’s in. Now, the color. If you like the color get the fountain. I’m happy every time I see it, day or night. I love the lights at night. I just unplug it when I travel (and I travel alot) or when I want to give it a break. I’m very happy with my purchase, in fact at first for some reason I thought it was 100-200 and I had to decide again if it was worth it when I realized it was over 500. I decided it was worth it to me for this new home to have a dedicated fountain room up front, since I loved the color so much and really just thought it was the right one. There was one that was similar and around half the price but for a beige-y neutral color. I just loved the blue, and I am glad I went for it. It’s for a memorial room in the house that will be very peaceful to rest in with a long Vignelli bench and some other minimalist items, sort of a meditation vibe. I thought at first the sound was maybe a little loud for inside even though I like a strong water sound with a fountain. But I now love it and wouldn’t change it. It sounds a bit like filling a bath, so I had to get used to that at first to assure myself a bath wasn’t running over. Anyway, long review but hope it helps you decide on this fountain. I would buy it again in a heartbeat and will probably buy one for a friend this week as she has told me she listens to the video on her phone all the time that I sent her. It’s a winner!. Elizabeth.
