Package came damaged but all pieces were undamaged and none were missing. Instructions are simple and easy to follow. Minimal assembly required and very quick to put together. We have the bike on carpet and it is still very sturdy but would be better on a hard surface. This is probably the most impressive piece of gym equipment I’ve ever used. It has every workout any person could ever want and it’s fully modular.
