So only used it twice as it was delivered 2 days ago. The dishes came out spotless. I'm still experimenting with how much detergent to use as the instructions say "a moderate amount." I think 1-1/2 Tablespoons will be about right. It fits nicely on my very small counter space next to the sink. I have a quick connect adapter with a diverter for the kitchen faucet for an easy water source although I could also fill the water tank as an alternative and this machine automatically detects which water source you chose. So far I'm very happy with this countertop diswhasher. It's perfect for one or 2 people. The run time is an hour with an additional hour for drying so I turn it on at night when I'm done with the sink or just before bed. It's perfect for my senior downsizing life. The style of the cabinet is nice, considering the small size (which I needed for a small bathroom with restricted space due to the toilet being in its fixed basement location). Not particularly happy with the gold color on the handles, but since the base cabinet is black, I guess gold was the best choice. Going to change those to white handles. The only problem so far is that there are a couple of places where the black paint is nicked (edge of the drawer, for example). Came quickley , packaged well, no damage!! I purchaed the 20" for a small powder room so it came assembled. The color goes great with wy wood floor which was a big plus!! It is pretty strudy and well built. We had to cut out part of the top shelf to go around the pumbing of a new faucet. But it stilll gives me a littl room on ea side for storage of toiletries. Fits perfect for the small space. We refinished the wood molding trim and had to trim a few pieces down to install and anchor vanity to the wall. Very happy with over all look and quality.. Jo. I have been so excited about this toilet. My plumber came, and it took a couple of hours to get installed. I was not disappointed this has so many nice features, probably my favorite is the heated seat. The night light is also very nice feature.
