Often found on older style patio doors, it is mounted on the door's inside frame and the clamp latch latches onto an extrusion (astragal) on the jamb. It has 1-13/16 inch handle height extruded aluminum inside handle. This clamp has a 3/16 inch profile but it is spring loaded allowing 1/8 inch play in clamp profile height.
