The chair back flexes a bit when sitting in the chair and one of the screws is too long (can scratch the chair back when sitting in it) so we had to cut the screw short but overall good quality for the price.. I’ll be honest — I was ready to return this chair. When I first assembled it, I was shocked at how low it sits. My immediate reaction was, “This is not how it looks in the pictures.” However, after going back to the listing, checking the specifications, and most importantly actually sitting and rocking in it, I realized the item wasn’t misrepresented at all — and that I really like it. Yes, the chair is very low. If there were a photo of someone standing next to it in the listing, that would make this much clearer. So make sure that isn’t a dealbreaker for you before buying.
