This took about 3 hours to set up with two adults and a kid grabbing parts. Easier if you have a drill with a screw head and a hex head. If you follow the directions slowly and make sure you align parts as you go perfect it turns out great. The only hard part was getting the final back covers on was on the carpet and would have been easier. The balls are pretty lightweight and they will fly around if the kids roll them too hard. very easy to assemble. no tools needed cept for the allen wrench provided. the only draw back for me was it reclines way too much when you sit in it. there is a tension wheel ( so to speak) under the seat where you adjust how much it reclines. i tightened it as much as i could & i still think it reclines too much. but now i'm just careful not to rock too far back cause the 1st time i did , (before i tightened the wheel) i almost fell backwards. just be careful when you 1st sit in it! other than that, so far its a great chair. the speakers are good..
