Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). Found the perfect installation product! I was looking to make an old fixture smart automated and this SkyPlug canopy kit allowed me do just that. After installing the outlet and plugging in my Eurofase fixture I realized how dirty the glass was. The Skyplug allowed me the ease of unplugging and cleaning my glass fixture on the ground and then quickly plugging it back into the ceiling. Where has this amazing invention been? This was a monster to put together. If you have ever built a skywalker these are like twice as difficult to build. A lot of the screws didn’t line up. The picture directions were tricky. We assembled some pieces backwards so we had to disassemble and reassemble (it didn’t match the pictures). The screws were tricky to get in, they are blunt ended so you have to line them up to the threading well or they don’t go in. Trying to get the round gram on to the legs after building was challenging and we scraped quite a bit of the finish trying to get everything in place. With skywalker you build the legs then add the round frame piece by piece, with skytric you do it backwards you build the top then add the legs. It didn’t go smoothly. The screws we had to loosen and retighten after getting pieces in and shifted. The springs went on like any other trampoline we have ever had and the tool is helpful getting the first few on. We going 1 on each side the add another print and work our way around and found that to be the easiest method. The safety pad by far beats anything on the market we’ve come across it attaches and covers those springs well! It’s not loose, it doesn’t flop around, it’s a great pad. The safety net attaches rather weird and I prefer the ease of skywalker where it slides through the V hooks vs having to use clips and tie it down. The safety poles went up easy enough and the PVC covers over the poles tie everything together so it all matches. Some of the foam arrived damaged but the PVC covers hide the damage and it doesn’t effect the usability of the trampoline. The top pole that wraps around the safety net again far outranks any we’ve seen on the market, it holds the net open and is far sturdier than comparable brands. The net doesn’t appear like it will sag because of the ring at the top. This was the most difficult we’ve built to date but seems to be far more durable and better built than others. My only complaint is the safety net, it doesn’t attach to the pad easily and I ran out of cording to attach it to the pad. This brand has a higher weight rating than most on the market which made me feel better. It also has a way better opening than others. Again it was a beast to assemble and my husband and I have built like 5, we buy new ones when we move. This one seems durable enough we could move it with us. Nice hot tub. Takes a while to heat up and loses heat pretty quickly when you open the lid, but my kids love it. Unfortunately, we had to winterize it for the winter because my energy bill DOUBLED after we set it up. We live in Michigan so it uses a lot of energy during the colder climates. So if you're hot tub shopping just know that these plug and play ones seem really nice and cost effective, but they actually cost way more to run than a hard wired hot tub would. This was a monster to put together. If you have ever built a skywalker these are like twice as difficult to build. A lot of the screws didn’t line up. The picture directions were tricky. We assembled some pieces backwards so we had to disassemble and reassemble (it didn’t match the pictures). The screws were tricky to get in, they are blunt ended so you have to line them up to the threading well or they don’t go in. Trying to get the round gram on to the legs after building was challenging and we scraped quite a bit of the finish trying to get everything in place. With skywalker you build the legs then add the round frame piece by piece, with skytric you do it backwards you build the top then add the legs. It didn’t go smoothly. The screws we had to loosen and retighten after getting pieces in and shifted. The springs went on like any other trampoline we have ever had and the tool is helpful getting the first few on. We going 1 on each side the add another print and work our way around and found that to be the easiest method. The safety pad by far beats anything on the market we’ve come across it attaches and covers those springs well! It’s not loose, it doesn’t flop around, it’s a great pad. The safety net attaches rather weird and I prefer the ease of skywalker where it slides through the V hooks vs having to use clips and tie it down. The safety poles went up easy enough and the PVC covers over the poles tie everything together so it all matches. Some of the foam arrived damaged but the PVC covers hide the damage and it doesn’t effect the usability of the trampoline. The top pole that wraps around the safety net again far outranks any we’ve seen on the market, it holds the net open and is far sturdier than comparable brands. The net doesn’t appear like it will sag because of the ring at the top. This was the most difficult we’ve built to date but seems to be far more durable and better built than others. My only complaint is the safety net, it doesn’t attach to the pad easily and I ran out of cording to attach it to the pad. This brand has a higher weight rating than most on the market which made me feel better. It also has a way better opening than others. Again it was a beast to assemble and my husband and I have built like 5, we buy new ones when we move. This one seems durable enough we could move it with us.
