This standing broom and dustpan set by JOYBOS is very good and works well. It comes with 2 two brush heads: one soft, one stiff, however, I could not tell the difference between the brush heads, the seemed to be the same bristle stiffness. I love the standing dustpan as it is very easy to sweep into it. I also love the combs on the dustpan especially when trying to clean pet hair off of the bristles. Once the pan is dry use the oil of choice and with a paper towel apply it around the interior and exterior of the pan. You may also continue to rub the pan with a hand towel to ensure the oil is evenly coated throughout the pan. Place your pan back on the stove and heat until smoking. Be sure to heat the sides of the pan over the flame to ensure the entire surface area is heated. Once smoking turn the heat off and allow the pan to cool quickly. While the oven is preheating - Wash the pan with warm soapy water dry it with a towel and then place it on the stovetop and heat to ensure the pan is thoroughly dried. One pan is dry use oil of choice and with a paper towel apply around the interior and exterior of the pan. Place the pan into the fully heated oven upside down on the rack above the foil-lined baking sheet. Leave the pan in the oven for an hour. I bought this pan for my mother. She can't handle the weight of cast iron, and her steel pans perform poorly. I read reviews of several carbon steel pans, and the OXO 10" was the obvious choice. It weighs only 2.6 pounds, and gets high marks for its sloped sides, large cooking surface, non-stick performance, and cool, comfortable handle.
