We haven't installed yet. but we like the look and options. Ordered on the 6th of the month, received on the 8th of the next month (32 days). Shipping company couldn't find it on the day we were to receive it, moved delivery another week, then pushed us another week. Wayfair provided no help. I called and cancelled the order on the second missed delivery but they delivered it anyway. This is a great wine cooler! Looks very classy installed under-cabinet, and cools wine to a consistent temperature in both zones. The compressor is audible when it kicks on, but is not too loud or obtrusive. The shelves are first rate...they glide out easily on rollers. My only concern is longevity of the unit, based on other reviews. I took out a 5-year warranty just in case. Overall, a great unit. There are some additional things I would like to see on the unit (ability to turn lights on/off without opening the door for example), but these are my preferences. So far so good!. Brian C.
