Faucet arrived undamaged and packaged well. This matches my kitchen decor so well. I ordered the matte black. Faucet seems of good quality! Then I got the bad news...we cant get my old Faucet off! My sister has tools to take off faucets and she said she had never seen the adapter that screws my old Faucet on before. I live in a small town and now Ill have to find someone with tools that can get my old one off. Im so disappointed! I did get a new sink too but I might have to get new counters...but as far as this Faucet goes...I would highly recommend! It looks so nice. Hope I can get it installed soon. Thank you.. Stephanie.
