I was really impressed with how fast shipping was. Though, I was surprised to see this rug was folded and not rolled. It is apparently machine washable, but I just received it today, and Im sure itll be quite some time before Id attempt to wash it. It does seem to have a bit of sheen to the rug material. It is lightweight and low pile, so hopefully, Ill be able to vacuum it ok as Ive had other rugs where the pile was so dense I couldnt even push the vacuum crossed it. It just super succtioned on the carpet. I really got this as it does have a backing to this rug. Ive had trouble with other carpets that didnt have a backing, which would bunch up and drove me nuts. Got this couch yesterday for my birthday and rug today and its probably the best gift Ive ever given to myself. I love Wayfair and the quality versus cost. Shipping has never really been an issue except for one day the GED ex truck broke down but they were there bright and early the next day. But it was being delivered a few days before expected anyway. I really love the look & feel of this rug and have used it in many designs. I finally got the rug for my own apartment and a few months later spilled water on it. I didn't immediately clean it up since I figured it was just water and it left a discolored brownish stain on the rug. I should have known better being that the rug is Viscose, but I was still very disappointed and ended up replacing the rug.
