We've used this vanity 3 years and it still looks great! Yes, the marble top needs to be sealed with an impregnator as all natural stone tops require. We did it every three months until it prevented water marks. The drawers do need a slight tug to open. After reading other reviews, I am excited to swap out the hardware to provide a nice update. The table is super cute and looks just like pictured! We love how it turned out. There are two drawers that can be opened/used - one on each side of the table. I wish the quality was better - it is a bit overpriced for the quality (I would've expected around $150 for this quality). The table also arrived with a chip in the front, but isn't noticeable enough for us to mess with replacing it. I hope this table lasts a couple years without getting too scratched up. I bought this to match the end tables that I bought last year. I loved the style and an extra bonus for me is that the iRobot can fit underneath it so I don't have to vacuum under it. The previous sofa table that I had also had a bottom shelf, and I kept some things on it that I would prefer to have hidden from sight (binoculars, doggie paw wipes, cover for sofa) since I wanted those things near our back door (where the sofa table sits.) Now I keep those things in the drawer so that they are out of sight, but still readily available for use. It was easy to put together. My husband and I are in our 70s, but we were able to put it together in just about 1.5 to 2 hours. Very nice TV stand. But you have to be careful when installing the plug screws (screw in plugs that mate with metal pegs. If installed plug screws don't mate with the installed pegs, you may try installing the screws after aligning the pegs into the unit. The instructions could be better - all pictures, no words. This is such a solid and beautiful piece. The cabinet comes fully assembled - the box is quite large, with plenty of paddingprotection for shipping. As some others have mentioned, the color leans ashygreen, but overall works with my color scheme. Being able to easily swap out the door faces is a great bonus! I’m currently using the glass fronts.
