It had the largest blade diameter which is what I was looking for, Ive always wanted to buy deli meat in bulk and then slice it myself, Roast Beef is 13.99 a pound at my local store.. I bought a whole roast beef for 6 dollars a pound, at a restaurant supply store, sliced it myself and got the thickness I wanted. The range of thickness is such a bonus, I love that it has a dial, Im shaving my roast beef but Im slicing my Turkey breast thicker for hot Turkey sandwiches! This slicer has cut through every single cut of meat that I have tried like it was butter! I work this slicer hard and it does not feel like it is struggling at all, the motor is fantastic.
