I went to process the return online but it wanted to charge me $100. I called customer service and asked them to please waive the charge for my return since the product was drastically different from what is advertised and they honored it. I wouldn’t suggest this product but will continue to purchase from wayfair because of my positive experience. I searched far and wide for dining arm chairs, I sat in 100 chairs at least over the last two months and could find nothing. I was hoping for wood chair with black upholstery that were wide and comfortable and had a full back. I came across these and ordered them hoping for the best but expecting to be disappointed. I am so glad I took the chance because they are exactly exactly what I was hoping for. They are so comfortable sturdy and look amazing. And it’s uncanny that the wood leg style exactly matches my new table like they were meant for each other.
