The quality of the aluminum is excellent, everything feels solid, and once it’s anchored to concrete, the structure is extremely sturdy. I installed the pergola and fixed shutter wall myself, and while it takes time and patience, the instructions were clear and all of the parts fit together well. The shutter wall adds a lot of privacy without making the space feel closed in, and it gives the pergola a clean, modern look. The charcoal finish looks even better in person than it does in the pictures, and the louvers operate smoothly.
