We are thrilled! After searching and searching, we found the perfect sauna. I wanted it to be wide and long enough to stretch my legs out and not feel claustrophobic. It also is plenty of room for my husband and I. Three people can technically fit in it. Also to find one that has a true outdoor roof on it was fantastic. Most are just flat roofs like you would find in an indoor sauna, which concerned me since ours is on our back deck with no roof. It came in a wooden crate and was easy to assemble. Two people and a third to hold things in place was really helpful. Took us about 3 hours. The directions say to stain the outside for outdoor use, but the outside already looks and feels treated. The cord to plug it in is kind of short. We had to get an extension cord and we had to get a 20 amp plug put in at our house. All of that is worth it. It heats up to 150 degrees in about 20 to 25 minutes. One of the main reasons I chose this sauna was because of the wattage. I did a lot of research before buying since there is such a wide price range, and higher wattage really does make a difference in how quickly and efficiently it heats. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Quality Real Sauna Experience Delivery was fast and professional — they rolled the crate right into my garage. Everything arrived in perfect condition and very well packaged. Assembly took about 12 hours with two people. I’m pretty handy, but having a second person definitely helps. The barrel design goes together logically if you take your time. The cedar wood quality is excellent, and once heated, the smell is incredible — exactly what you expect from a traditional sauna. The 6 kW heater performs great. It heats the sauna to 180°F in about an hour. I prefer higher temps (185°F), and with minor airflow adjustments I’m confident it can reach 185–190°F. Steam over the stones feels strong but comfortable. As a heavy sauna user, I was very satisfied with how my body felt afterward — deep relaxation and a powerful sweat. Energy use seems reasonable for a 6 kW unit. Important tip The heater has a delay timer zone. To start heating immediately, turn the knob clockwise past the delay section and then back slightly into the first heating zone. Otherwise, it will wait before turning on. Also, after about one hour the heater automatically shuts off, so you’ll need to repeat the turn-on procedure if you want to maintain heat longer. Overall, I’m extremely happy with this purchase.
