Shed went together easily, with decent directions. I understand why the metal is covered with plastic to protect during shipping, but it peels and looks bad in time. We've had ours up for 2 winters now in Vermont, and no damage, doors and latches still work. I recommend setting this up on 2 pallets with plywood attached on top if it isn't going on a hard level surface. Tolerances are tight, and you will be happier with the result if it's on a perfectly level surface. Too bad about the peeling plastic, as it's a good looking shed for the money. The shed is very good. It definitely takes two people three would be better to put it together to hold the panels up in place and to get everything where it’s supposed to be and just a word of warning. Make sure that you anchor it to a wall or it will blow over. I had this shed tucked into a corner right up against house. I cannot believe that when got in there, but it blew it over and it was full of yard things it was a mess. I had to pull everything out of the bottom, which is open and anchor it into the wall, so don’t make the mistake like I did and think that just because it’s full, the weight is gonna keep it up in a high wind because it will not. UPDATE 1 YEAR LATER: you must attach this to your house. i did not attach it to my house even though i had it tucked in a small space right up against the house with the chimney to one side. i thought it was secure because the whole thing is also in an enclosed fenced yard and didn't think the wind would get behind it at all. . that being said it blew over one evening when it was TOTALLY FILLED! What a mess. i had to pull everything out of the bottom and get 2x people to stand it up. the back popped open and one of the panels got damaged. all and all it was ok but we now attached it to the house. so don't make my mistake and think all the weight you have in it will keep it from blowing over..it will not. even in an enclosed area.. To make the long story short, this shed was extremely easy to build! The instructions were clear and each part was properly labeled! But, for the long story, I prepared my area by making a wooden base. I laid out all the pieces from the box and the screws. Only a couple of the metal panels needed to be bent back (assuming from shipping and handling). Since each piece was labeled correctly, it made putting it together simple. I also read reviews that said it took others three hours, so I was concerned how long it may take me! In the end, it only took an hour and a half to assemble. It was light and easy to move to the are I needed it and fastened it to the base. Nothing was missing - in fact, there were a lot of fasteners left over!
