To Use: Hold the bottom of the sharpening sleeve and gently remove the knife with opposite hand. Blade edge will sharpen as knife is removed from the sleeve, as well as inserted into the sleeve. Includes: chef knife with self-sharpening blade cover. Hand wash with warm water and a mild detergent; rinse and dry immediately; wipe protective, blade cover as needed with a damp cloth.
