The compact feature of this unit is great and it did not produce any notable scent and some brands do. I bought this because as an insurance policy for my new building space after being exposed to mold previously. Well it turned out to be a great idea because just a few weeks later mold in the new space was revealed. I wish I had purchased sooner and saved my body from the ailments and revovery i now have to go through again. A one-step formula that cleans, shines and protects in a one-time and labor-saving step. This product is safe to use on Forbo Marmoleum products. It is also non-toxic, bio-degradable, and has no harsh chemicals.

This product imparts a greater gloss than Marmoleum has out of the box. I'd call it satin. We like the shine. Since it is a Forbo product it should be the most compatible treatment available. The instructions say it both cleans and shines though it makes sense to thoroughly sweep then clean the floor with mild detergent and water or the Forbo cleaner first.
