This is gorgeous tile. If the company can figure out how to pack it right, it will be well worth the hassle. I got two damaged boxes, sent both back, and got the 3rd one with a few chips but nothing I couldn't live with. Wayfair representative was WONDERFUL. I felt the situation was handled professionally. In the Fall we’ll be re-doing our guest bathroom, down to the studs and I’ve started to gather the pieces I want to add back in. I fell in love with this tile! The first sheet I lifted out to inspect lost a couple of pieces off the mesh backing. I don’t think it was something that happened during shipping. well first of all my installer had a lot of problems with this tile. its a composite and it cupped. he used some kind of plastic spools w/suction to try to get them to lay flat. after a lot of extra trouble, my floor still cups. now, 3 months later, autumn leaves come through our door and i have discovered that the tannins are absorbed into the tile and stains it. i would find something else if you can. one star or less. oh yes and they are quite expensive..
