This shelf looks beautiful, but installation was more difficult than expected. It was challenging to align and level the two wood pieces during assembly. I also don’t feel the base is sturdy enough to handle the pressure of a traditional pump hand soap dispenser. To avoid putting stress on it, I switched to an electric soap dispenser. Fits perfectly in the corner by the sink in my relatively small condo bathroom and adds much needed, convenient extra counter space. Because the wall is mirrored I did not attach it - which makes it tend to tip forward.
