Overall, this is a very nice table. I could not give it five stars because of the difficulty in putting the 12 screws for the hinges in. Although the instructions do not indicate a drill is needed to start the holes and then a drill is also needed to screw in the screws. Because the wood is not prepared for the screws, doing it by hand is not possible. It is easy to put together other than that. We’ve had a couple sets of these stools for about 9 months and they’ve held up well. The assembly process of screwing through the support bars into the legs with just the screw and no pre-drilled hole isn’t overly secure and we had to size up a couple screws that immediately stripped, and the bolts need occasional tightening with frequent use.
