The instructions to attach the armrests and the footrest were missing but it was easy to figure out by looking at the illustrations. Nice looking brown chair with rose gold color metal on it. Easy to connect blue tooth. No assembly. well packaged. There are things that should be in the instruction booklet that aren't. The auto massage programs always default to medium. We are senior adults and found this to be too strong. Learning how to get it turned down to low and widen the SI track took some discovery. After a few days of working with it my husband and I both enjoy it. For me the biggest miss is the lack of backlight on the control tablet. There is no USB charging port mentioned in the operation manual and we cannot find one on the chair. The sweet dreams setting actually rocks back and forth. Very enjoyable. The heat is soothing. The booklet states clearance is 3.2 inches. We found it was more like 5 or 6. This chair provides many options for adjustments that can be made for personalization. We only just set it up so far so good. this is ideal and if this works out, we’ll be ordering two more. So far we have received compliments on the features. Very tight tolerances, to install, but absolutely stunning. We have taken one star off because the water pressure on the bidet is not as strong as we are used to, but it still does the job. Also, The toilet seat is very easily scratched, in the month since it’s been installed and I wonder if there is a way to replace it in the future, if needed. And it looks amazing in the room!.
