Oh my what a challenge! There are really only pictures with arrows to provide direction. There was no parts list, however, I laid everything out and hoped! It took two days and probably a total of 6 hours to install. All the parts were there, so thankful. The only problem with the light is the crystal chandelier part was not level, it was twisted and did not notice this until ready to install. I managed to get it back to its correct shape but was concerned the welds would break, luckily it held. Anyway, it is quite beautiful and love it in my office.
