I was also not a fan of the included lumbar pillow, as I found it uncomfortable and ended up replacing it. Despite those minor issues, I highly recommend this chair. These things ROCK! They are a deep emerald green and took about 3 minutes each to build. I'm not kidding, just screw the metal slides onto the chair's parts and then slide it together. High recommend an electric screw driver for these types of things. They come with white plastic feet that are nailed into the bottom of the legs and as mine are on hardwood, they slide a bunch, so I just took those off with the claw end of a hammer and tapped the staples down to avoid scratches.
