The reason for 4 stars and not 5, is that the unit arrived damaged. Maybe I shouldn't blame Wayfair, because it was shipped to Hawaii using multiple carriers. So it traveled on an assortment of vehicles, handled many times, and I believe it originated on the East Coast. Wayfair provided excellent communication to keep us updated on the shipment's movement and the date of delivery during its long journey. Wayfair was also quick to provide a resolution for the damage, with 4 possibilities. We chose to have the repair made locally, and we were compensated very fairly for that expense. As seen in the photos, the left door strut repair is flawless. The unit itself is beautifully designed, well built with all solid wood, and shows the finish of craftsmanship. The only assembly was to install the four legs. We're very satisfied with Wayfair for their customer service, resolution of the problem, and this unit is a lovely addition to our home.. Michael. It's a nice cabinet and heavy, but not solid oak as we had thought. It's an oak veneer and not all oak veneer in some spots so if you get unfinished staining doesn't work very well, so we had to paint ours. Rather than altering the form, the original style and proportions are intentionally preserved—allowing the structure to feel substantial and architectural. Four framed glass panel doors reveal interior shelving, offering practical storage while maintaining a light, open presence. Because solid mango wood varies naturally in grain and color, no two cabinets are identical. This TV stand features the wire brushed ceruse finish on white oak, applied over six four-way chamfered concave door panels, with brilliant silver-clad hardware imitating the quartered oak wood grain. This piece will anchor even the 100-inch class of ultra-high-end monitors, and ships with two sets of legs for further versatility at 30 or 26-inch height. The three pairs of doors open to three full-extension self-closing drawers, three adjustable shelves, and ventilated/removable back for media components.
