The photo was not the same as the product. You have to straighten the branches and then wrap the lights around the trees. What I liked about it is that the mode has different settings and the lights are bright. There’s enough line between each tree and the solar can be placed far enough away from the trees to get the sun. When I saw that this was for 2 lights, I thought the price was reasonable. However, the two lights are connected, and so they can’t be set farther apart than the connecting wire. Also, each pair will flash the same pattern at the same time, so unless you have more than one set of lights, the effect is a little too coordinated looking. You’d have to buy multiple sets and program each set a different mode from the others to achieve a more natural, random firework look. These solar lights are beautiful but I have tried and tried to remove the plastic cover off the solar panel area on one of them. I even read that I could use warm water and that did not work. I also read you can warm it up with a blow dryer and that did not work. I am being extra careful to not damage the surface.
