This seat is really nice but the manufacturer made some really odd and annoying choices. First, the assembly on this thing turned out to be a lot less complicated than I made it, but only because they didnt provide any instructions. This is definitely a 3-person assemble job!!! The reason being is because the clips that attach the back are already screwed into the unit. You have to u screw them from the unit then take the extremely heavy back piece and screw the connector into place. You need 2 people to hold the heavy back piece into place and 1 person to screw it in. I did it by myself and nearly broke my back trying to hold it up. Please dont do that! The second really odd choice is that the arms are just pillows. I repeat, the arms of the chair are 2 detached cushions! This is basically an armless chair because why in the world would you put an arm rest that can, will and does repeatedly fall off the side of the chair with the slightest movement. Its extremely annoying. Third, the mechanism to pull out the bed only works 50 percent of the time. You have to constantly pull and pull and pull to get the chair to lift and shift.
