Purchased open box. Received cooler packaged horizontally. Fortunately, it works. No visible serial number on the external packaging. Also not a problem due to Wayfair, but reversing the door is nearly impossible and is still a work in progress. The small plastic filler/caps are extremely hard to remove. The caps breakoff leaving the filler in the threads. I only got 2 of the six out whole. I will need to somehow remove the plastic inserts without damaging the threads for the replacement screws.. Cooler is great, but their packaging sucks. 1st one showed up from FEDEX dented on the door and hinge was broken, making it unusable. Wayfair was awesome and immediately sent me a new one, which showed up with dents in the exact same places!! However, this one is still usable, so I am just dealing with it. This wine fridge works great! I like that there are the light color choices. The wood shelves are nice. I prefer them over wire or metal racks. My one issue that I knew before I ordered is that it doesnt have full extension shelves. That makes it hard to see the bottles on the back half of the shelf. Update Wayfair sent me replacement very quick and it’s working great! I The fridge came damaged !!! What a waste of time ! It was in two boxes and seller sent me damaged item knowingly, because outer box wasn’t damaged and only inner box was damaged and outer box has brand on it! Very bad experience I wish I didn’t waste my time waiting and getting broken . The fact that they sent me obviously broken one is upsetting.
