We had this system installed in our remodeled bathroom in September 2023. For the most part, it has worked beautifully and we've been ecstatic with it. However, it is not without issues. It has to be re-paired with Amazon Alexa every 3 months, unlike every other Alexa skill out there. Why? Who knows. Because Kohler says so, I guess. Lately it has been needing to be re-paired every 2 weeks (today was the 3rd time). Also today it said there's a firmware update, but when I go to update I get a message that the shower is offline and I need to check the wifi connection. How? There's no wifi settings on the shower setup or in the app, or in my Kohler account anywhere. There is an Advanced/Locked section of settings that requires a PIN on the in-shower control and I have no idea what the PIN is or how to find it; we didn't set it and we can't get into these settings. The quality of this shower head is also amazing! It is chrome and very, very well put together. Getting it installed took no time to do either! It only took a few minutes, and it was very straight forward on how to do it. There are instructions but I didn't really need them! The size is great too! It is bigger than I expected, but I am ok with that! It just looks really nice in my shower! The best thing about this shower head, is that it makes you feel like you are using a lot of water, but you are actually not using a lot! The coverage is great too! I love that it feels like rainfall! There is even a pause setting, so when you are washing, you can pause the water until you need it again! This is a great feature to have. There are also 3 settings, which give you different coverage. It's just a really, really fancy shower head and really versatile! Cleaning the shower head is also super simple. My system is split to a dedicated faucet and my 2 refrigerator's, ice makers and water dispensers. Water taste good, no issues. I did have to add a small pressure tank to keep the system from cycling multiple times when the ice maker was being filled or the water was being dispensed from the refrigerators. The refrigerators back pressure causes the RO system to shut off prematurely. With the added small waterdrop PWT ( pressure water tank) the system no longer Cycles and the pressure of the water coming out, has increased a small amount. The number of times per day the system comes on has also decreased because of the PWT. The system is not loud but noticeable. The reviews I've seen mainly complain about noise from the system. Which it's not my experience. Again, adding the PWT also reduces the numbem cycles the system runs per day. The system was easy to put in. Only pre-requirement is a dedicated electrical outlet under the sink. I split my power from my dishwasher. I ran my electrical line from the dishwasher under my cabinet into a dedicated dual Outlet. My 20-year old shower was leaking out the shower head even after replacing the mixer cap (rotating valve). Then I bought this, the pressure balancing unit (PBU) and after replacing both, there are no leaks and it works better than new. Kohler will say that this PBU is not the solution to a leaky shower head, but it was for me. Watch the Kohler installation video and buy both this PBU and the temperature regulator and you will be good as new. The parts change out quickly and easily with simple tools. This toaster toasts faster and better than my air fryer toaster setting, and gives a greater range of darkness than my previous toaster. Our frameless glass shower doors are designed to fit bathrooms of various sizes. Unlike traditional hinged doors, these bypass sliding doors save valuable space whether open or closed. Equipped with 3 smooth-rolling wheels, the door stays securely on the track for enhanced stability. It features 5/16" (8mm) clear SGCC certified tempered glass for safety and durability. The top track is fitted with buffers on both ends, and the door includes bumper tape to reduce noise and impact. Note: Shower base is not included.
