These lights are great. I was able to install them myself and I am not an electrician (although a very capable DIYer). The box sits perfectly inside the ceiling and the switch to adjust the light temperature is on the side facing the hole so you don't have to keep pulling it out to adjust. The lights are wafer thin and the clips are easy enough to manage. Slim, useful lights for dark spots These motion sensor lights are very handy. They are thin, simple looking, and the black finish makes them feel cleaner than a basic night light. The warm white glow is soft but still bright enough for stairs, hallways, closets, or a bedroom at night. I use these on a staircase that has a turn and sometimes gets dark at the turned stairway. They have remained charged for a month and always come on and are triggered from a good distance. I like that they are rechargeable and magnetic, so they can be removed easily when they need charging. The motion sensor works well, and the light looks smooth without harsh dots. This is such a wonderful upgrade to an old spring very small rebounder (24" wide jump space ) that I had been using for about two months. It basically had no bounce. It was sitting unused. Was given to me by a neighbor years ago. Then I got interested in rebounding again after joining a few Facebook Rebounding groups. I did a lot of research before purchasing this rebounder and this particular size. What a wonderful jump experience I am having. It is so much easier on my body. I feel much more confident on the larger mat which is a 31" jump space. More room to move my legs in all positions. On my smaller one I was hesitant to move much for fear of jumping on the springs. This is a quality rebounder. Very sturdy, was easy to put together. I watched a youtube that helped with that process. I am 67.5 inches tall, 137 lbs. Have size 10.5" feet. 69 years old. I am very active and highly recommend this rebounder. I have not changed the bungees as I have only been jumping on this for a few weeks. I know in time I will change them to see what other type of bounce I can get. This was one of the reasons I wanted to purchase a rebounder with bungees so I could change them up. I don't plan on folding this down. I purchased the folding unit because it was $100 cheaper than the 550PRO which a representative from JumpSport told me they are the same units except it is cheaper to ship the folding unit.
